I am a caring and experienced clinical psychologist that helps people make the changes needed to lead happier, more productive lives. Since 1996, I have been helping children, adolescents, adults, and families.

I use the most current, evidence-based treatments to help clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-hyperactivity disorder, hair-pulling, and problems with relationships. I specialize in using short-term, cognitive-behavioral therapy, which is a goal-focused treatment that helps clients learn new ways of thinking and behaving.
